AC50 PERSONAL LISTENER
The new AC50 personal listener is for anyone that requires help with their hearing.
It is a portable, battery operated listener which is light and confortable to use. The sound from a conversation or your TV or radio is picked up by a microphone, this is then amplified and heard through either a stethoset or neckloop to interface with your hearing aid's 'T' position. This allows the normal volume of the TV or radio to be maintained at a level that will not disturb your family, friends or neighbours.
AC50 Personal Listener features include:
An easy to use on/off volume control.
A built in microphone enabling the amplifier to be used in -
conversation and for TV viewing without trailing leads.
A rotary tone control.
An indicator light showing when the amplifier is switched on.
A loop listening facility - the user can listen to a loop system -
in a Church or theatre etc. without a hearing aid.
Battery powered by 2 x AA type batteries.
